Inventor of K-MILL 360 in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands

Kendall Holmes, inventor of K-MILL 360 and owner of Studio360, is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise, with over 25 years in the fitness industry. He has worked extensively in the United States and in the US Virgin Islands with various populations including athletes (including professional), weight loss/control, rehabilitation and baby boomers. During his time on St. Croix, he collaborated with a chiropractor and physical therapist to launch a medical fitness program which facilitates the transition from rehab programs to gym programs.

Born in New Jersey, Kendall attended Glassboro State College and majored in Health and Physical Education. Kendall holds additional certifications as Licensed Massage Therapist, BOSU Fitness Instructor, Total Gym Personal Trainer, and Kickboxing Fitness Instructor. As a multi-sport athlete, he learned early on how balanced training could improve his competitive edge in any sport. He excelled as a state champion in football and basketball. He has been recognized as an outstanding trainer, as well as a humanitarian for his expertise and genuine care for people.

Kendall developed the K-MILL 360 because he realized the need for athletes and participants to utilize modalities of exercise that produce significant energy expenditure and train the system to function in a variety of movement situations.

The multi-directional K-MILL 360 protocol uses speeds ranging from 0.5-5.0mph with proprietary patterns of forward, backwards, and sideways movement during a 20-minute exercise session individually designed to each participant's fitness level. Unlike traditional treadmills, which only focus on forward motion, K-MILL 360 is designed to utilize 360 degrees of movement via the rotation mechanism of the platform. Users are not only working their quadriceps as their primary muscle group, but can also isolate and target the inner and outer thighs, hips, hamstrings, and gluteal muscles. Additional benefits include improved dynamic balance, agility, coordination, stabilization, and posture.
